Weekly = 7 days / $1125
Monthly = 28 days / $2500
Delivery/Pickup within The City of Grande Prairie = $100 flat
Delivery Outside of Grande Prairie = $100/hr
*Valid photo ID and credit card required for all trailer rentals
CANCELLATION POLICY
*Cancellations under 72 hours will result in a loss of the renters 25% deposit.
DEPARTURE AND RETURN POLICY
*Equipment rentals are clocked out and back in according to the time and date. Overdue equipment will be automatically charged at the current rate.
*For example, on a weekly (7 day) rental, equipment that is picked up at 2pm on a Friday must be returned before 2pm the following Friday to avoid any extra charges.
*Prior to departure, Signature Backyard & BBQ Inc. will provide the renter with a detailed walk through, inspection and orientation of the unit.
*Upon return, Signature Backyard & BBQ Inc. will do a detailed walk through and inspection with the renter.
*Upon return, a dirty or uncleaned trailer will be subject to a cleaning/maintenance fee of $100.
TOW VEHICLE POLICY N/A
*Tow vehicles must be equipped with factory approved tow package, tow rating and electric brake control. N/A
*2 5/16” ball receiver required N/A
*The renter must provide Signature Backyard and BBQ Inc. with a valid driver’s license, adequate insurance and liability. N/A
CONDITIONS
*The renter shall keep and maintain the rented equipment during the terms of the rental at their own cost and expense. They shall keep the equipment in a good state of repair, normal wear and tear expected.
*The renter shall not remove the equipment from the location shown herein as the place of use of the equipment without prior notification and written approval from Signature Backyard & BBQ Inc.
*The equipment shall be delivered to the renter and returned to Signature Backyard & BBQ Inc. at the renters cost and expense by Signature Backyard & BBQ Inc.
*If the equipment is not returned during or at the end of the rental term, then the rental charges shall continue at standard rates until the equipment has been returned. No allowance will be made for any rented equipment or portion thereof which is returned early or claimed not to have been used.
*Signature Backyard & BBQ Inc. makes no warranty of any kind regarding the rented equipment and is not responsible for any equipment downtime, product loss, property damage or injury due to renter neglect.
*Signature Backyard & BBQ Inc. makes no warranty of any kind regarding the rented equipment and is not responsible for any equipment downtime, product loss, property damage or injury while connected to the renters or Signature Backyard & BBQ Inc. supplied power sources.
*All equipment is tested prior to deployment. Signature Backyard and BBQ Inc. shall make every effort to repair any problem or replace damaged or defective equipment with identical or similar equipment if the equipment fails to operate in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and operating instructions. Such replacement (if readily available) shall be made as soon as reasonably practical after the renter notifies Signature Backyard & BBQ Inc. of the non-conforming equipment.
*Signature Backyard & BBQ Inc. recommends that the renter always consults a certified electrician and a Signature Backyard & BBQ Inc. technician prior to and during deployment to ensure the renter has a safe and reliable power source.
*Service calls that are a result of the renters supplied power problems, damage or misuse of the equipment, the renter will be subject to charges of ($100/hr) for a Signature Backyard & BBQ Inc. technician plus the cost of any equipment damage repairs.
*The renter shall pay Signature Backyard & BBQ Inc. full compensation for replacement and/or repair of any equipment which is not returned due to being
lost, stolen or any equipment which is damaged and in need of repair to the same condition it was in at time of departure. Normal wear and tear expected.
*Credit Card on file will be charged automatically for all unpaid invoices, damages and repairs.
